Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT. Payment is made in cash (or card where available) on delivery. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.

An order is confirmed once our team has verified availability and contacted you. We may cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable, in which case you will not be charged.

We aim to deliver within the window you select. Delays caused by weather, traffic or access restrictions may occasionally occur; we will keep you informed. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.

You may cancel an order free of charge while it is still pending. Once an order is being prepared, please contact us.

Our 30-day healthy plant guarantee and returns policy are described on the Plant guarantee page and form part of these terms.
